Shipping Information

• Flat Shipping Rate: Rs. 180 on all orders across Pakistan. (Additional charges may apply for remote areas or specific courier requests.)
• Order Processing: Within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Delivery Time:

  • Other Cities: 3–5 working days
  (May vary during holidays, sales, or due to weather conditions.)
• Order Tracking: You’ll receive a WhatsApp or email confirmation with a tracking number once your parcel is dispatched.
• Coverage: We currently ship only within Pakistan.
• Missed Deliveries: If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, we’ll contact you to reschedule.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love every purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we offer returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
• You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status.
• Approved refunds will be issued to your bank account or original payment method.
• Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Exchanges

We only replace products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. Simply email us with product images and details, and we’ll arrange a replacement if eligible.
