A light weight, non-irritating, refreshing gel, enriched with Pal-GHK and Pal-GQPR with N-Hydroxysuccinimide which works together to brighten circles, improve skin's elasticity and help to stimulate collagen production. This featherweight serum is designed to effectively brighten the dark circles around the eyes and helps to combat puffiness due to aging or any other reasons, helps to give a lot of moisture, so you never feel dry under your eyes, also ideal for use under makeup.

Directions:
